Job summary

Peraton is seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to join our team as a senior developer with testing automation leadership. The role focuses on supporting SharePoint environments, building business solutions with Power Platform, and strengthening testing across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Designing SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, and automation.
• Troubleshooting SharePoint functionality, permissions, and integrations.
• Gathering requirements and translating to SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
• Java development and automated testing experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and PostgreSQL; familiarity with CI/CD.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Xray.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SharePoint Administrator/Developer for site collections and Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing solutions and scripts.
• Develop Java utilities to automate test data preparation and document parsing.
• Create Java solutions interfacing with PostgreSQL databases via SQL APIs.
• Integrate Java solutions with API testing tools like ReadyAPI.
• Apply OO programming and Factory pattern to automation components.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation.
• Operate and support customer tools to enable automated transmittal and deployment.
• Provide Java development support for applications and solutions.
• Support onboarding of projects to the automated transmittal process.
