Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy SFDC solutions and data migrations.
- Manage improvements and new functionality in SFDC application.
- Provide support for break/fix issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Perform Salesforce administration and development tasks.
- Support Salesforce configuration tasks (fields, workflows, approvals).
- Handle multiple projects with sound PM practices and ensure quality delivery.
- Monitor SFDC usage for compliance and security of data.
- Interface with analysts and technical staff to deliver complete work products.
- Implement AppExchange platforms.
- Research integration issues and stay current on force.com technologies.
