Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of technical experience.
Experience as a Systems Engineer on a complex development project involving hardware and software.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
Translate mission-level objectives into CONOPS and operational plans.
Review designs across all development phases (conceptual to detailed).
Contribute to verification and validation test plans and reviews.
Provide status reports, risk assessments, and opportunities for stakeholders.
Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare executive-level milestone briefings and presentations.
Communicate with customer and contractor stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Represent the customer with authority during key test events.
