Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead fit-gap assessments for out-of-box vs. custom development.
• Define technical solution designs and data models.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure build activities meet design intent.
• Guide module configuration and integration planning.
