Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in ServiceNow, either in a consulting capacity or within the industry.
• At least three years of experience working on large-scale technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Successful completion of at least two end-to-end ServiceNow implementation cycles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in advising clients and internal teams on ServiceNow implementation and sustainability.
• Contribute to the solution design process, guiding technical direction of projects.
• Design and review all changes to business processes and system configurations.
