ServiceNow Knowledge Management Product Owner/Process Owner (Contractor)

Our client, a Big 4 Professional Services Firm, is looking to add a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Product Owner / Process Owner to their team in a contract role. This is a fully remote position, but candidates are required to currently reside within the continental United States to be considered. All work must be done within the continental United States. This is a W2 Contract through 2025, at least. We can’t do C2C arrangements. At this time we can accept the following work authorizations: US Citizen.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Knowledge Management Product Owner/Process Owner to support a key project. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Proven track record in Knowledge Management and Process Ownership
  • Experience working across small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects
  • Strong ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in agile software methodologies
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple scopes simultaneously

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL Certification
  • SAFe Certification (Scaled Agile Framework)
