We are looking for experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing HRSD modules, with a solid understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  
• Design and automate HR workflows, ensuring efficient and user-friendly experiences.
  
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain HRSD portals, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  
• Integrate HRSD with other enterprise systems as required.
  
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and ensure quality delivery.
  
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.
