ITC Digital Solutions, a division of ITC Federal, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications for a federal client. You will work in a remote, USA-only setting, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across multiple instances.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to obtain US government clearance.

• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and federal compliance requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated, mission-focused Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team supporting a federal customer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise ServiceNow implementations that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and support critical government missions.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow applications and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, administrators, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal government clients and programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implemented solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core modules, including:
• Service Catalog
• Service Portal
• Knowledge Management
• Reporting and Dashboards
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Experience performing data analysis, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and enterprise application support.
• Experience with platform performance monitoring, optimization, and governance.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

At ITC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000–$150,000. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and any other benefits available to eligible employees.
