Job summary

JTSi is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The role supports DoD and federal clients, with a remote-friendly setup and preference for candidates near Herndon, VA; onsite 4 days a week if local.

The ideal candidate has strong server- and client-side scripting skills, experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable integrations with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow developer with experience designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Experience with server-side scripting and client scripting.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development, Flow Designer, and scoped app development.
• REST integration and certificate/keystore configuration (BCFKS/mTLS a strong plus).
• Update set and deployment discipline.
• Federal experience preferred.
• US person, CONUS-based work only.
