Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Tech Risk technology solution design and architecture.
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong expertise in IRM, SecOps, and third-party risk management (TPRM).
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD/CSA/CTA) and hands-on implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies for integrated risk management (IRM), GRC, and SecOps using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, and HIPAA.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to practice development with go-to-market strategies and innovative ServiceNow-based solutions.
