Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Developer to support our ServiceNow platform across multiple US IT hubs including Beachwood, OH and Menomonee Falls, WI. The role requires local commutable candidates with minimal travel (~10%) and offers a competitive salary range.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to go-live, align architectures with strategy, and collaborate with Platform and FA teams to realize business value through projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in design, development, implementation and administration of ServiceNow.
• Eaton will not sponsor visa or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions from initiation through go-live and adoption.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure solution architectures align with strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through projects.
• Provide architecture guidance for ServiceNow applications across sectors.
• Define DevOps workflows and Agile practices for ServiceNow to improve team efficiency.
• Develop standards and promote modular, reusable code across deployments.
• Engage with customers and architects to drive process improvements and capability development.
• Communicate status and risks to project leaders and stakeholders.
