Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a Federal DoD client. This is a fully remote position. A successful ServiceNow Architect will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, critical thinking, leadership, innovation, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects
- Participate in internal and customer meetings to assist with the ongoing evolution of ServiceNow offerings, as well as business development and capture efforts
- Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistent product delivery in a ServiceNow environment
- Rapidly prototype new solutions collaboratively with team members, SMEs, and leadership
- Possess expert, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including recent releases
- Design and implement ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals
- Utilize Integration/Automation Hub with pre-built and custom Spokes
- Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications across instances
- Apply data modeling and database management principles
- Gather business requirements and define tasks for ServiceNow application lifecycle management
- Support business development efforts to close ServiceNow deals with clients
- Mentor and guide team members to grow the ServiceNow practice
- Work with Agile teams in a virtual environment
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years in ServiceNow administration, configuration, or implementation
- Experience deploying ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques
- Proficiency with ServiceNow platform capabilities in client environments
- Experience with Business Rules and scripting in ServiceNow
- Implementation and deployment experience of ServiceNow applications
- Active Secret Clearance (US Citizens only)
- Willingness to travel within CONUS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or related field
Desired Experience
- Training and certification in Agile methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like SPM, HRSD, Talent Management, and IRM
- Experience implementing ServiceNow for US Federal Government clients
Desired Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Salary Range: $109,242 - $189,108
