MUST-HAVES:

• Experience selling CSM, FSM, RSM…biggest focus is on FSM
• Industries include: Healthcare, Retail, Telco, Higher Ed, Manufacturing
• ServiceNow relationship with the CRM teams in commercial or enterprise
• Experience selling commercial and enterprise-size deals
• Experience selling licenses, implementations, and ongoing maintenance contracts

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with the partner portal
• Deal registrations
• Deployment registrations
• Account management experience (expanding existing accounts)
