General Services Corporation is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our maintenance team in Georgia. You will repair and install appliances and HVAC units, ensuring a high standard of comfort and safety for our residents.

The role emphasizes compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations and collaboration within a supportive team. This full-time, on-site position requires EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
