You will manage PO lifecycle, collaborate with OEMs and vendors, analyze supply requirements, and maintain material availability to meet customer demand. Contract with W2, hourly pay $65–$70.64.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, procurement, or related field.
• Experience with OEMs, manufacturers, or external suppliers.
• Experience managing POs and supplier follow-up.
• Experience analyzing supply, inventory, and forecasts.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer backlog and recovery dates based on supply plans.
• Create and manage POs; expedite supply with OEMs.
• Publish weekly production schedules to OEMs.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, shortages, and backlogs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Drive backlog activities and supply recovery actions.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, and finance teams to meet demand.
