Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License required.
• 6+ years of plumbing experience.
• Strong residential service and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to train and coach less-experienced plumbers.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Run complex residential plumbing service and diagnostic calls.
• Handle difficult jobs that require a senior level of plumbing experience.
• Diagnose problems and develop repair or replacement solutions.
• Perform and oversee significant residential plumbing repairs and installations.
• Train and coach plumbing apprentices and developing service plumbers.
• Lead by example in workmanship, productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
