Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional plumbing experience.
Strong commercial plumbing experience with multifamily work.
Proficient with sewer repair, hydro jetting, cameras and drainage tools.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial, multifamily, and residential plumbing repairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and sewer problems.
Perform sewer repairs and drain cleaning.
Use sewer snakes/cabling equipment.
Operate digging and excavation equipment.
Repair and replace pipes, valves, fixtures, drains, and other plumbing components.
Respond to service calls and complete work efficiently.
Communicate professionally with customers and property managers.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow company and customer safety requirements.
