You will oversee service shop workflow, supervise technicians, coordinate with service and parts, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years heavy duty truck experience.
• Formal technical school graduate certificate/degree.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Handle service phone calls professionally and expediently.
• Coordinate shop workflow with Service Leadman and assign jobs.
• Supervise all assigned service technicians.
• Coordinate activities between service, parts and customers.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and contacts about repair status.
