Responsibilities include ensuring high availability, proactive monitoring, automation, failure prevention, incident response, and system optimization to meet healthcare regulations and improve service reliability.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure stability and support seamless healthcare operations. It is ideal for a technically skilled problem-solver passionate about healthcare technology reliability, contributing to better patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing service architecture components to meet compliance standards and KPIs.
  2. Implementing and advocating for team standards and best practices.
  3. Evaluating and recommending tools, hardware, and processes for service delivery.
  4. Performing advanced troubleshooting and providing innovative solutions.
  5. Participating in disaster recovery drills and incident management.
  6. Recommending capacity requirements and optimizing costs.
  7. Ensuring reliability, resilience, and security of production solutions.
  8. Defining and monitoring metrics for service health and performance.
  9. Analyzing operational costs and identifying savings opportunities.

The role supports virtual work for residents in specific states and requires minimum qualifications such as a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of related experience, with preferred qualifications including healthcare experience and knowledge of ITIL, Azure DevOps, and automation tools.
