Service Engineers work in partnership with individuals and teams from throughout the organization to ensure that products, systems, and processes adhere to applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Their technical skills and attention to detail are paramount in ensuring the accuracy of inspections, tests, and the review of data to identify areas of non-compliance and to help determine and implement corrective actions.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:
Essential Functions:
Reviews and evaluates product designs, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures for compliance with regulations and standards
Helps to interpret and provide guidance on domestic and international regulatory codes and standards
Conducts and participates in internal audits to measure compliance
Collaborates with internal teams to address compliance issues
Helps develop and implement policies and practices necessary to comply with legislation and industry standards
Conducts product testing and risk assessments to verify compliance
Conducts regular reviews of company procedures and processes
Documents and reports findings of compliance audits and inspections
Implements and monitors corrective actions to address non-compliance issues
Keeps up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
Communicates with regulatory bodies to address queries and submit documentation
Provides training to caregivers and provides advice on compliance matters
Maximizes the effectiveness of financial resources and identifies cost saving opportunities for consideration by the service team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5 or more years of related experience
Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
Experience with n-tier solutions
Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
Experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Healthcare environment
5 or more years of cyber security experience
