Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join their Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX) organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will design end-to-end experiences that enhance customer interactions worldwide. Your focus will be on researching customer needs, creating journey maps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in service design or customer experience.
• Experienced in industrial or enterprise environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
