Job summary

UPS is seeking a Healthcare Senior Service Associate to support order fulfillment for priority healthcare products in our Louisville warehouse. You will receive, store, pick, pack and ship items while delivering customer-focused service.

This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, operating order pickers, MHE, RF scanners and a warehouse management system. You’ll work in ambient, refrigerated or freezer spaces and must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 28 feet with order pickers.
• Operate MHE including pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to perform warehouse tasks.
• Perform tasks with high accuracy under minimal supervision.
• Access and use WMS for outbound, inbound, and inventory control.
• Ensure accuracy, safety and quality compliance.
• Work in ambient, refrigerated, or freezer environments.

• Performs all tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy with minimal supervision
• Utilize computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) to perform all warehouse activities including outbound process, inbound process and inventory control
• Ensure transaction accuracy along with safety and quality compliance
• Works in a variety of environments to include temperatures in the ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spaces

Job Description: The primary component of our Healthcare team is order fulfillment, including receipt of our customers' priority healthcare products into our warehouse facility, placement of stock into storage, receiving orders, picking and packing orders, shipping orders, and conducting customer service support.
