Job summary

Classic Collision Meyerland North & South in Houston, TX is hiring a Customer Service Estimator to guide customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates, coordinate with insurers, and ensure a positive repair experience.

Ideal candidates have CCC1 familiarity and strong communication and organizational skills. Equal opportunity employer; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepares estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
