Job summary

Hawaii State Judiciary is seeking an Information Technology Specialist V (Server Management) to oversee server, storage, and backup environments in Honolulu. The role involves implementing and supporting IT solutions across statewide circuits and providing guidance on Windows Server with Active Directory.

The ideal candidate has 3.5 years of advanced IT experience, strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and familiarity with M365.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three and a half (3-½) years of progressively responsible IT work experience including systems analysis, design, programming, security and access management, database design and management, consulting, or installing and maintaining software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support servers, storage and backup systems.
• Provide guidance and support for Windows servers with Active Directory.
• Assist with design, build, implementation and support of IT solutions with statewide impact.
• Coordinate with Judiciary staff and external partners on IT projects and upgrades.
