Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional experience may substitute education.
• Five years experience in IT systems administration in multi‑platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of change, problem, release, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage AIX, RHEL, Windows and VMware infrastructure.
• Install and configure computing systems and support software.
• Research and resolve highly complex software issues with vendors and support teams.
• Perform hardware installation, OS and software upgrades, patches, and tuning.
• Lead projects and provide recommendations for software development or procurement.
• Collaborate with architects to design automated solutions for reliable operations.
• Administer integration of applications and scripting to integrate with other systems.
• Prepare documentation and status reports for projects and systems.
