Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise server environments.
• Experience with Windows Server OS and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V and backup/DR solutions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
• Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and system updates.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Provide Tier II/III support and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with network and security teams on projects.
• Maintain system documentation and procedures.
