Razorfish in Atlanta seeks an experienced SEO Supervisor to translate strategies into practical recommendations aligned with client goals. You will guide analyses, create POVs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across technical and content domains.

The role requires 6+ years in tech or content, strong SEO tool and analytics knowledge, and proven ability to mentor staff while communicating clearly with clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology or content environment.
• Experience working on product launches.
• Client facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Conductor, BrightEdge, or Search Metrics.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe, etc).
• Led SEO strategy and executed tactics flawlessly.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to the internal client team.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize complex ideas and elevate them to a senior audience.
• Has partnered with internal team leads to pursue business advancement opportunities.
• Has successfully developed/mentored junior staff
• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
• Working knowledge of front-end development, not required but preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee translation of SEO strategies into final recommendations.
• Evaluate and improve SEO processes and opportunities.
• Plan and execute SEO strategy; provide analysis of results.
• Write actionable, insightful POVs.
• Develops/strengthens knowledge of basic programming languages.
• Serve as primary point of contact for SEO program management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Contribute to new business efforts as needed.
• Demonstrate big-picture understanding of client marketing strategy.
