As an SEO Content Writer on the LoopNet.com team, you’ll be part of a dynamic, motivated group that strives to produce industry-leading content. Your focus will be on creating optimized articles, reports, and guides that resonate with a diverse user base—from seasoned CRE professionals to newcomers—while driving organic growth. You’ll translate CRE trends and data into engaging, shareable content.

This position is in-office, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Produce content tailored to commercial real estate audiences, covering topics like office space trends, industrial property insights, and investment strategies.
• Engage in data-driven content creation to meet key informational needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent tone of voice across content experiences.
• Manage multiple content projects from conception to publication, and iterate based on feedback.
• Present work to team members and stakeholders for feedback, then publish and implement changes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, English, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in content writing with the ability to develop content strategies.
• Significant experience with SEO writing, including research, optimization, and linking.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and stay updated on trends across industries like SEO, AI, and CRE.
• Strong editing skills with experience in collaborative editing processes.
• A demonstrated commitment to previous employers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and trends.
• Experience with international sites and global teams for content localization.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA and Search Console.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web accessibility standards.
• Presentation of a portfolio of past projects is required.
