We are looking for a Senior SEO Analyst with a strong technical background and a strategic mindset to support SEO initiatives across enterprise-level websites. This role involves hands-on analysis, implementation guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure organic search strategies are aligned with broader business goals and digital experience standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and multilingual/multi-market environments. You’ll work closely with development, content, UX, and analytics teams to identify and execute SEO improvements that drive measurable performance impact.

Role responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page), identifying issues and opportunities across large-scale sites.
• Guide and validate the implementation of SEO best practices, including structured data (JSON-LD), hreflang, crawl optimization, and internal linking strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to address technical SEO issues, including page speed optimization and rendering logic.
• Analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Contribute to keyword strategy and content optimization plans that support organic visibility and user intent alignment.
• Monitor algorithm updates, competitive movements, and technical trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Support site migrations, redesigns, and localization efforts from an SEO standpoint.
• Work across teams to ensure SEO is integrated into product, content, and digital roadmap discussions.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with proven hands-on experience in technical SEO and enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Botify, Oncrawl).
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Comfortable working with multilingual/multi-regional SEO strategies (including hreflang, localization, and content targeting).
• Solid understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, and data visualization platforms like Looker Studio.

Nice to have qualifications

• Experience working with websites in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) and their implications for SEO scalability and governance.
• Exposure to server-side SEO setups and advanced performance optimization strategies (e.g., lazy loading, edge caching).
