Position Summary

The Senior SEO Analyst will support and execute organic search strategy across NRG Management’s portfolio of behavioral health and related company websites. This position will be responsible for improving organic visibility, search rankings, qualified website traffic, and overall SEO performance across multiple domains and markets.

The Senior SEO Analyst will work closely with leadership, marketing, paid search, content, and development teams to identify growth opportunities, resolve technical SEO issues, develop content strategies, and provide measurable reporting on organic search performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute SEO strategy across multiple company and facility websites.
• Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and identify opportunities related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, page speed, internal linking, schema, redirects, and other technical SEO factors.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search trend analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize existing website content, landing pages, metadata, headings, internal links, and other on-page SEO elements.
• Develop recommendations for new SEO-focused content based on keyword opportunities, search intent, market needs, and business objectives.
• Support local SEO efforts across multiple locations, including Google Business Profiles, local landing pages, citations, and location-specific optimization.
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Build and maintain SEO reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Identify and investigate changes in rankings, traffic, indexing, or website performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO recommendations are properly implemented.
• Work closely with the paid search/PPC team to identify shared keyword opportunities and improve overall search marketing performance.
• Partner with content and clinical teams to ensure website content supports SEO objectives while maintaining appropriate healthcare and behavioral health standards.
• Monitor competitors and changes within the search landscape across all markets.
• Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging search technologies.
• Assist in developing SEO processes, documentation, reporting standards, and scalable strategies as the organization continues to grow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in SEO, preferably managing multiple websites or a multi-location organization.
• Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, schema, page speed, and technical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and local SEO.
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with developers, content teams, paid search teams, and executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple websites, projects, and priorities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive marketing environments and healthcare advertising standards is preferred.

Work Location & Expectations

• Primarily remote position.
• Must be available to attend the Boca Raton corporate office approximately once per month for in-person meetings, collaboration, and team planning.
• Additional in-person attendance may occasionally be requested based on business needs.
