Job summary

Growth Plays LLC is seeking a Senior SEO/AEO Manager to lead strategy for a portfolio of client engagements, primarily in B2B SaaS and developer tooling. This is a remote, full-time role across US, Canada, and LATAM.

You will own client relationships, drive SEO strategy, manage technical and editorial deliverables, and supervise dashboards and monthly reporting. 5+ years agency SEO is required, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years agency-side SEO experience, preferably supporting B2B software.
• Strong technical, on-page, and link SEO knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Comfort with data tools and dashboards (Data Studio).
• Experience with AI-enabled SEO tasks and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client SEO engagements and drive strategy.
• QA and explain work with the team; present to clients.
• Build dashboards in Data Studio; manage monthly reporting.
• Lead recurring client meetings and surface delivery bottlenecks.
• Identify quick wins and opportunities to improve rankings and conversions.
