Senior Sensors SME will apply advanced GEOINT tradecraft, deliver instruction, and maintain courseware for learning events across government programs. The role requires DoD Instructor Certification, TS/SCI clearance, and deep imagery/sensor expertise to train analysts and support government learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Imagery Exploitation Systems, GEOINT Data Sources, or related field.
• DoD Basic Instructor Certification.
• 10 years of experience focusing on Sensors tradecraft concepts and technology.
• 2 years delivering learning content to adult learners in a classroom setting.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Current Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Counter-intelligence polygraph and Intelligence Oversight rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in imagery exploitation systems, GEOINT data sources, FMV, Spectral, OPIR, SAR, TIR, and sensor-specific GEOINT tradecraft.
• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft instruction for NGC courses and learning events.
• Maintain and update courseware, exercises, exams, and supporting learning materials.
• Support development and implementation of new GEOINT learning solutions.
• Apply mission-relevant tradecraft in scenario-based and problem-based learning events.
• Coordinate with course managers, learning developers, instructors, and government stakeholders.
• Support NGC governance, policy, partnerships, and special projects within the scope of GTLSS.
