Job summary

TULK is seeking a Mid-level GEOINT Sensors SME to support foundational and more advanced GEOINT learning for U.S. Government and intelligence customers.

The role focuses on imagery exploitation, tradecraft instruction, and scenario-based learning to develop and validate courseware and exams. The successful candidate will deliver instruction, maintain learning materials, and collaborate with course managers and government stakeholders while supporting governance and partnerships within GTLSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution related to Imagery Exploitation Systems or GEOINT Data Sources.
• DoD Basic Instructor Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sensors tradecraft, methodology and technology.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Current Top Secret / SCI clearance required for work with classified material.
• Counter‑intelligence polygraph requirements and Intelligence Oversight rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in imagery exploitation systems, GEOINT data sources, FMV, Spectral, OPIR, SAR, TIR, and sensor-specific GEOINT tradecraft.
• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft instruction for NGC courses and learning events.
• Maintain and update courseware, exercises, exams, and supporting learning materials.
• Support development and implementation of new GEOINT learning solutions.
• Apply mission-relevant tradecraft in scenario-based and problem-based learning events.
• Coordinate with course managers, learning developers, instructors, and government stakeholders.
• Support NGC governance, policy, partnerships, and special projects within GTLSS scope.
