Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced Semiconductor Mfg Engineer to lead semiconductor manufacturing operations in Plymouth, MN, on-site. The role focuses on testing silicon sensors, developing test plans, and driving continuous improvement to meet product specifications.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in electronics, circuits, and software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance required.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in development and product test position.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience Electronics, circuits and software development.

Responsibilities

• Developing software and hardware to test silicon sensors for validation and production testing.
• Debugging and technical problem solving to create production test programs.
• Understand the design details of the component and implement tests to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Develop test plans to define product characteristics and issues to determine corrective actions and improvements.
• Develop documentation including operating procedures, work instructions and training.
• Hands on, floor support of IC manufacturing. Problem resolution and continuous improvement.
