Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Lead Semiconductor Technician to help develop, sustain, and troubleshoot MEMS and microelectronic fabrication processes. You will operate production equipment, monitor output, and support safety, productivity, and quality improvements.

Job description

As a Lead Semiconductor Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a key player in producing high-quality semiconductor products. You will assist in developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting processes in photolithography, wet chemical processing, dry etch, inspection, deposition, and metrology tools used in MEMS and microelectronic device fabrication. You will ensure safe and efficient operations in your area, set up and monitor production, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and quality.

You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, safety, and quality of semiconductor manufacturing processes, contributing to the production of high-performance products that meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $96,000.00 in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but this is not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
