Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the semiconductor market analytics team. You will develop and aggregate data for the AMFT forecast, publish forecasts for semiconductor components and applications, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive market view.

As part of Omdia’s semiconductor research, you’ll own the data models, engage with sales and product teams to drive new leads, and adapt to evolving market conditions while delivering timely insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of semiconductor industry or analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor component market.
• Collaborative across teams and able to develop relationships.
• Confident to form data-backed opinions on industry trends.
• Excel expertise for data building, manipulation, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and expand databases for semiconductor components and end-applications.
• Use industry knowledge and data models to generate market forecasts.
• Collaborate with analysts to align assumptions and forecast numbers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding datasets, methodologies, and assumptions.
• Support thought leadership and brand as a leading authority in semiconductors.
• Take ownership of models and datasets and adapt to market changes.
• Partner with sales and product teams to generate leads and support renewals.
• Multitask to meet deliverable deadlines.
