Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Layout Designer to join our team in Dallas. Responsibilities include developing multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings from schematics and geometry, and verifying drawings and artwork.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to ramp on new systems, and proven teamwork across functions. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in layout design is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of semiconductor devices from schematics and geometry
• Work may be completed through CAD equipment
• Check dimensions, write specifications, and verify completed drawings, artwork or digitized plots
• May check design layouts and detailed drawings
