Job summary

Phase2 Technology is hiring for an Integration Engineer or Senior Integration Engineer to join the Texas Institute for Electronics. This role focuses on enhancing performance and reliability in advanced integration projects.

Ideal candidates will possess degrees in relevant engineering fields and significant experience in semiconductor process engineering, particularly with Cu BEOL interconnects. The work will be performed on-site and involves hands-on activities in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Experience in a startup or research development environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive unit process engineers and tool/material vendors toward goals.
• Define process windows and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and students.

Skills

Data analytical skills (JMP, Python)

Experience with Cu BEOL interconnects

Experience in W2W or D2WHB

Working knowledge of 3D ICs

Experience with analysis of BEOL parametric etest

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in semiconductor engineering

Master's degree in semiconductor engineering

Doctoral degree in semiconductor engineering
