Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with precision assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce electronic and electro-mechanical components with precision using microscopes and specialized tools.
• Execute complex build processes for assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and SOPs.
• Perform functional and parametric testing of assemblies with established equipment.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify quality and conformance.
• Identify, document, and escalate defects or non-conformances.
