Job summary

Cube Dev, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead semantic layer design and data integration for enterprise customers. You will write complex SQL, shape data models, and guide customers on best practices across Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, run hands-on workshops, and help scale Cube's analytics platform with secure architectures and reusable patterns for multi-tenant deployments.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL proficiency and ability to write complex queries.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and able to share insights clearly.
• 3+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of modern data stack architecture (data warehouses, transformation tools, BI platforms).
• Experience with semantic layers, metrics layers, or BI modeling frameworks (LookML, dbt metrics).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end semantic layer solutions using Cube, integrating with customers' data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Develop proof-of-concepts and technical demos showcasing Cube's capabilities on customer data.
• Guide customers on data modeling, caching, access control, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data architectures and analytics requirements.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and training to enable customer teams to use Cube.
• Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise during evaluation.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor through pre-sales to post-implementation.
