Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Tester to lead automation design and delivery across UI and API layers in a banking-focused environment. The role is based in the US with locations in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX, and requires deep expertise in Java, Selenium, and CI/CD integration.

The candidate will own test planning, framework enhancements, and end-to-end testing, mentoring QA teams while ensuring quality metrics and ROI are tracked throughout Agile sprints.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation with Java
Banking domain experience and payments processing a plus
Hands-on in designing automated testing systems and frameworks
QA Architect or similar software development experience
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

Lead test planning and framework enhancements
Architect scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
Drive UI and API strategies across web platforms
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Conduct end-to-end API testing and backend integrations
Mentor QA teams and perform code reviews
Report automation ROI and quality metrics
