Qualifications

• Registered Seed Technologist (RST) or AOSA Certified Seed Analyst with 4+ years of experience.
• Degree in Biological Sciences, Botany, Plant Sciences, or related field with extensive seed analysis knowledge.
• Experience testing a wide range of seed species.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized seed quality testing on diverse species per industry rules and procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and classify seeds and botanical materials using references and judgment.
• Interpret seed testing rules to determine methods and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate daily laboratory workflow and monitor turnaround times.
