Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Lead Systems Technician in San Francisco to oversee servicing and installation of integrated security systems including burglar and fire alarms, access control, and video. You will lead programs, troubleshoot, and ensure high-quality installations for commercial clients.

The role requires 2+ years in fire detection/ signaling, a valid license, and strong communication skills. A driver’s license and industry certifications are preferred as part of ongoing career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in fire detection and signaling systems (burglary, fire alarm, CCTV, access control).
• 5+ years industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and installing commercial integrated systems including burglar and fire alarms, access control, and video.
• Complete servicing and installation of network devices, basic to advanced.
• Program and commission security, fire, access control, and video surveillance systems.
• Assist with training of new technicians.
