Qualifications

• Active security/low-voltage license (state-specific as required).
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must define a project scope, prepare estimates, and manage tasks to completion.
• Hands-on experience installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and support of CCTV and access control systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial performance per company standards.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Read plans, prints and schematics; manage customer turnover.
• Maintain compliance with data center security and site protocols.
