You will own the architecture of the security tech ecosystem and guide the SE team from intake to delivery, coordinating across security, IT, engineering, and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience programming and administering enterprise physical security systems.
• 3+ years in a security systems architecture or leadership role.
• Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification.
• Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting security technologies.
• Proven project/program management with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical direction of the client security ecosystem.
• Lead SE team, manage intake, scoping, and delivery of projects.
• Architect integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems.
• Design ETL workflows and lead automation to reduce manual work.
• Mentor engineers and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
