Join Parsons and imagine a career with endless possibilities. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our Security Education and Awareness (SEA) program within our Federal Solutions team.

Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY
• 5+ years of experience with Security Education and Awareness (SEA)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain a program that highlights security issues to the government
• Support training course administration, scheduling, and customer service
• Manage distribution lists for product inventories
• Support SEA events, including occasional travel
• Provide SEA program expertise and support execution of ISP and OPSEC programs
• Plan, coordinate, and market the SEA Program regionally, including annual events at NGA Headquarters
• Evaluate program efficacy and recommend improvements
• Prepare briefings, website content, and training materials
• Collaborate with government agencies and internal divisions
• Manage security program operations, records, and inventories
• Develop solutions, provide guidance, and monitor security metrics
• Develop and maintain security procedures and project plans

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Scattered Castles and DISS
• Strong public speaking skills
