Job summary

ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Security Specialist Program Manager based in Quantico, VA. Qualifications

CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Senior Security Specialist Program Manager shall be responsible for coordinating schedules to maintain staffing at all visitor desks during business hours, ensuring a cleared access control presence at the referenced visitor desks during working hours.
• The SSS/PM will be responsible for training Access Control Specialists.
• Provide support in any contractor role when any employee is out of office.
• Assist the COMSEC manager with the following:
• Transferring/receiving/hand receipting COMSEC material for OTD to/from FBICOR and other locations.
• Bi-annual COMSEC inventory, shipment of COMSEC items, and completion and filing of paperwork.
• Implement the policies and procedures as outlined in the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual.
• Have experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
• Execute all assigned duties in a professional manner that demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service.
• Provide briefings and debriefings.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (Excel, etc.), preparing briefings (PowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Access Control Specialist and Security Specialist duties.

Minimum/General Experience

• Must possess Top-Secret personnel security clearances and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special access.
• Three (3) years of security experience in relevant fields such as industrial security, physical security, and computer/network security, OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in any security related field.
• Experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
