Job summary

Forrester Cambridge is seeking a Security and Risk Senior Analyst to research and deliver strategic, practical advice for security leaders and practitioners. The ideal candidate understands MDR/MSS, cybersecurity consulting, risk services, and zero trust for government and private sector organizations.

The Senior Analyst will produce reports, templates, videos, tools, and advisory guidance for clients worldwide, and will present at events while helping vendors shape strategies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years security and risk experience as a practitioner, consultant, product/product marketing leader, architect, or research analyst.
• Strong academic achievement (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.
• Deep curiosity about technology's effect on business; practical understanding of security/risk operations.
• Superior listening, critical thinking, and writing skills; ability to distill complex ideas into provocative concepts.
• Experience with public sector clients preferred; ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Research MDR, MSS, cybersecurity and risk consulting; zero trust domains (ZT).
• Deliver multiple complex projects yearly with business context; present comparisons and predictions.
• Create intellectual property in reports, videos, tools, templates, blogs.
• Consult with global clients to apply Forrester research in their environment; provide guidance sessions.
• Present at events and build industry relationships; assist sales and customer success.
