Job summary

Reach Security is seeking a Senior Staff Security Researcher to work closely with Engineering to translate research into product capabilities and expand Reach's integration and control library. The role focuses on prioritizing domain coverage and remediation mechanisms while building reproducible research environments and tooling.

You will replicate attacker behaviors to develop robust detection and prevention strategies, contributing to a strong security posture across Reach's offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or engineering.
• 5+ years in offensive security, security research, or vulnerability research.
• Experience discovering, analyzing, or detecting real-world attacks.
• Strong software engineering skills to build research tooling and PoCs.
• Deep curiosity and experimentation with AI systems as they emerge.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to translate research into product capabilities.
• Expand Reach's integration and control library with new domains.
• Prioritize domain, product, and remediation coverage enhancements.
• Build reproducible research environments, tooling, and sandboxes.
• Replicate malicious behavior to design detection and prevention strategies.
