Job summary

Atlas Advisors, LLC in Geilenkirchen, Germany seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee armed security services contracts. You will be the primary company representative, manage contract performance, coordinate 24/7 operations, and ensure compliance across host nation regulations and client requirements.

You will lead site management and a multinational team, drive staffing plans, and maintain ongoing communications with project leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of experience managing security, force protection, military, law enforcement, or government service contracts.
Experience managing 24/7 operations with multiple shifts and dispersed personnel.
Experience serving as primary customer interface on complex government or defense contracts.
Experience developing and managing project plans, staffing plans, risk management, and operational reporting.
Experience supervising management personnel and large operational workforces.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
Ability to travel throughout Germany and other customer locations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary company representative and single point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Manage all aspects of contract performance, including personnel, scheduling, operational oversight, quality management, reporting, and customer engagement.
Provide leadership to site management, supervisors, and quality personnel.
Ensure uninterrupted contract performance through workforce planning, scheduling, and contingency staffing.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, host nation regulations, site procedures, and company policies.
Develop and maintain the Project Plan, including staffing, duty rosters, risk and quality management, and continuity planning.
Coordinate personnel assignments and resource allocation to support 24/7 security operations.
Maintain regular communication with multinational representatives and project leadership.
Oversee operational support for access control, gate operations, vehicle inspection, and patrol functions.
Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely submission of reports and contractual deliverables.
Support inspections, audits, and customer assessments.
Respond to issues outside normal hours as needed.
